For our client Xylem we are seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented Service Management System Business Program Leader (BPL) with the overall program and process responsibility for the service management system commercial solution. The BPL defines and implements a global service delivery process based on requirements from Commercial Teams and Growth Centers. The BPL partners with the IT Application Owner to define, plan and drive business transformation programs and works closely with other BPLs to ensure that commercial processes are consistently defined and that tangible benefits will be delivered.
Key responsibilities includes:
• Overall program and process ownership, including program alignment with Xylem´s strategic direction.
• Definition and implementation of standard global business processes to increase service efficiency.
• Delivery of cross-functional process improvements and change management to ensure a consistent approach for the program.
• Partnering with PLCs to have significant process changes approved.
• Implementation and rollout of the Service Management System in Commercial Teams.
• Definition and implementation of Service Management KPI’s.
• Identification and management of critical dependencies between business programs to ensure alignment of activities and resources.
• Completion of a Service Management System user training program.
In addition to the above and as part of being a member of the Aftermarket and TotalCare Services leadership team, the Service Management System BPL, contributes to drive profitable growth, reduce costs and increase performance within the Aftermarket and TotalCare Services business. The Service Management System BPL owns the Growth Center Transport Aftermarket & TotalCare Services IT strategy and is responsible to ensure that the Aftermarket & Services from an IT perspective operates efficiently internally as well as in relation to the rest of Xylem.
You will join the program at an exciting time when the implementation is in the initial face but with the opportunity to set standards, influence and impact the future outcome of the program.
Work location is in Sundbyberg and you will report to Caroline Tallqvist, Director Aftermarket & TotalCare Services, Growth Center Transport.

Experience, education and personality
We are looking for a candidate with 8+ years of senior level experience in leading a global transformation program to accomplish corporate objectives within agreed budget, scope and timelines. We want you to have demonstrated experience in Program and Project Management and in influencing senior commercial and finance executives to drive enterprise wide change programs. If you have knowledge and commercial experience within the area of Aftermarket and Services we see it as a merit. Experience working with process improvements and a Green Belt certification is preferred.
A Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business field is a must.
Excellent skills in English, both oral and written, are essential to perform this work as part of a global organization. Communication skills in Swedish are a plus.
