Head of Vendor Finance Sweden

The Role
On behalf of our client we are now looking for a Head of Vendor Finance to actively manage the Swedish vendor finance business. Working closely with the Sales Director for Vendor Finance in Region North and managing the sales force your main task will be to create, develop and execute a business development strategy across Sweden which will grow existing relationships. Customer focus, a high service level and further development of the digital services are priorities as well as identifying new profitable vendor and corporate business opportunities.

The responsibilities include:

• Develop a sales strategy in order to identify areas for growth. Work closely with the Sales Director, the sales force (Field Sales/Internal Sales) and other stakeholders in order to grow the existing volume and profitability of leasing business in line with volume and profit target and maximize business opportunities.
• Ensure proactive management of the Swedish P&L such that country P&L budgetary objectives are achieved.
• Ensure that up-to-date customer account records are maintained in the appropriate database in respect of terms of business, rates, commissions and incentives.

Experience, education and personality
We are looking for an experienced and committed leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to see things from an overall perspective. You have extensive business experience within the Swedish leasing and asset finance industry and you are able to demonstrate a successful track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams to achieve their goals. Experience of analyzing market trends and of preparing and presenting sales strategies is required.

We believe that you have a university degree in economics, you speak and write both Swedish and English fluently and you have strong skills in MS-Office.
